Refunds/Payment Plan Cancellations
If you are within the first 30 Days and would like a refund or cancellation of your 12-month payment plan, we need your request via email. Please do not call us with a request for refund as we need it documented via email. Send your email to: info@PositiveParentingSolutions.com.
No cancellation of payment plan or refund will be issued after Day 30 as per the Refund/Return Policy. To be fair to all customers, there will be NO exceptions.
