These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Positive Parenting Solutions mobile application (“App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use to access content and resources associated with your Positive Parenting Solutions account. You must use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

All materials, videos, graphics, and text in the App are the property of Positive Parenting Solutions, Inc. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App

• Use the App to infringe on others’ rights or disrupt its normal operation

• Share your login credentials with others

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Positive Parenting Solutions, Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Positive Parenting Solutions, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Positive Parenting Solutions, Inc. harmless from any claims or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
